Savory Cuisines Catering Company News:

We would first like to welcome back to beautiful Boulder Colorado, our talented chef, Dustin Joseph. Dustin has been in Thailand for several months, and it’s a great pleasure to be working with him again. Looks like our head chef, Paolo Neville, may just get a day off in the near future after all. We feel Savory Cuisines has the best staff Boulder Colorado has ever seen, and it’s with this in mind, that we’ve decided to open a brand new corporate kitchen in Louisville. Owner, Bob Sargent says, “There’s no time like the present for a new expansion project.” We are very optimistic for 2008 and know it will be our best year yet! A big “thank you” goes out to all our clients, staff members & friends for making it possible.

Summer Wedding Menu Planning

It's so important to consider the seasons when planning your wedding menu. A little thought in this area can go a long way and will help pull the entire experience together. It’s equally important to consider the guest count, your guests' preferences and the venues facilities before calling your local caterer. We suggest presenting your budget to the catering company right away; this way they can plan a menu that best fits your needs. With a small group and equipped facilities an adventurous menu may be the way to go. On the other hand, a simpler more rounded menu will work better for large groups and limited facilities. We survived our busiest Holiday Season ever at Savory Cuisines Catering and are anticipating another stupendous Wedding Season! We’ve invited a few exclusive companies to showcase their products and services along side of our fabulous food. Savory Cuisines Catering Goes Green!

Our Boulder based catering company recently decided to go “green” and has been working with Ecocycle to coordinate ZERO WASTE events. We’ve also teamed up with Green Girl Recycling for all of our in house recycling needs, and are thrilled to be doing our part to better the Boulder community. Although real plates and silverware are the most environmentally friendly way to serve a catered event, we can now provide compostable and biodegradable products. We feel this is the new wave of catering and are excited to be on the forefront of this movement. Clients have shown great interest in participating in this program, especially those who cater several times a day. We encourage everyone with questions to contact us about this new service.
